“三名工作室”开班

仪式暨第一次研修活动

“大鹏之动，非一羽之轻也；骐骥之速，非一足之力也。”11月4日下午，我校隆重举行HWFL “三名工作室”开班仪式暨第一次研修活动，本次活动由夏副校长主持。

On the afternoon of November 4th, HWFL held a grand opening ceremony and the first training event of HWFL's “The Three Famous” studios. This event was presided over by Vice President Xia.

“三名工作室”是由陈民仙校长、胡昌升老师、孟娜老师担任导师的“名校长工作室”、“名师工作室”、“名班主任工作室”，极大地调动了校内优质的研修资源，进一步落实加强了骨干教师队伍建设，积极拓展了全方位、多层次、宽领域的研修环境。

“The Three Famous” studios refer to the ”Famous Principal” Studio, the ”Famous Teacher” Studio, and the ”Famous Home Teacher” Studio where Principal Chen Minxian, Teacher Hu Changsheng, and Teacher Meng Na are the mentors.They have greatly mobilized high-quality training resources in the school, further implemented and strengthened the construction of the backbone teacher team, and actively expanded the all-round, multi-level, and wide-field training environment.

活动伊始，陈校长为全体工作室学员们送上了恳切的寄语，鼓励学员们要梳理崇高的职业理想，将人生意义的追求与职业发展联系在一起，趁年轻，多奋斗。

At the beginning of the event, Principal Chen sent a sincere message to all the studio students, encouraging the students to sort out their lofty professional ideals, link the pursuit of meaning in life with professional development, and strive more while they are young.

随后胡昌升导师作为导师代表发言，并希望在接下来三年的研修时间里，能够通过导师引领、同伴互助，抱团成长的方式共修共研，努力实现“第一年要让变化看得见，第二年要让成果看得见，第三年要让影响力看的见。”的研修目标。

Subsequently, Teacher Hu Changsheng spoke as the representative of the tutors. He hoped that in the next three years of training time, students would be able to study together through the guidance of the tutor, peer mutual assistance, and group growth, and strive to achieve the goal that has visible changes in the first year, visible results in the second year and visible influence in the third year.

史惟怡、金晶、李家玉三位老师作为学员代表十分感谢学校给予的研修平台，并结合自身的教育故事表达了对工作室研修活动的憧憬与信心。

As representatives of the students, the three teachers Shi Weiyi, Jin Jing, and Li Jiayu were very grateful to the school for the training platform. Combined with their own educational stories, they expressed their vision and confidence in the workshop training activities.

导师们还为学员们送上了精心挑选的书籍，鼓励学员们要多读书、读好书，常分享。

The tutors also sent carefully selected books to the students, encouraging the students to read more, read wise, and share often.

活动最后，导师们带领着各自工作室的学员们分组进行了工作室研修计划的解读，为学员们进一步明晰了研修的要求与预期的成效。

At the end of the event, the instructors led the students in their respective studios to interpret the studio training plan in groups, and further clarified the requirements and expected results of the training for the students.

本次开班仪式暨第一次研修活动为工作室全体学员提供了信念、激情与智慧，相信在未来也能将能量辐射给全校更多的老师们。以名师为师，以同行为友，三年的研修之路已经启程，让我们一起踔厉奋发，勇毅前行。

This class opening ceremony and the first training activity provided all the students in the studio with faith, passion and wisdom, and we believe that in the future, the energy can be radiated to more teachers in the whole school. With famous teachers as tutors and peers as friends, the three-year road of training has already set off. Let us work hard together and move forward bravely.
